3.2 Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how users interact with the Platform, which pages are visited most, and where errors occur. All data is aggregated and anonymized.
These cookies are only set after you explicitly accept them. GTM and Google Analytics are not loaded until consent is given.

Google Tag Manager (GTM) is used to manage and deploy tracking scripts and tags on the Platform. GTM itself does not collect personal data, but the tags it fires (such as Google Analytics) may do so. All tags deployed via GTM are subject to this Cookie Policy and require the same consent as the cookies they trigger.
Analytics cookies require your explicit consent before being set. You may opt out at any time (see Section 5).
3.3 Local Storage (Functional Preferences)
The following values are stored in your browser's local storage (not cookies). They are used solely to remember your preferences within the Platform and are never transmitted to third parties.

Local storage entries are set as part of normal Platform operation and do not require separate consent, as they do not involve any cross-site tracking or profiling.
4. Cookies We Do NOT Use
Zettas.ai does not use:
- Advertising or targeting cookies — we do not serve ads or track users for advertising purposes.
- Social media tracking pixels — we do not embed third-party social tracking.
- Fingerprinting or supercookies — we do not use browser fingerprinting techniques.
5. Managing and Withdrawing Consent
You have full control over non-essential cookies at any time:
Via the Cookie Consent Banner
When you first visit Zettas.ai, a cookie consent banner will allow you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You may change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" button in the Platform footer, which will surface the banner again and allow you to update your choice.

All major browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings:

Your consent is recorded as a structured record containing the decision (accepted / rejected), an ISO 8601 timestamp, and the Cookie Policy version in effect at the time of consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
8. Data Retention
Cookie data is retained in accordance with the durations specified in Section 3. Analytics data collected via Google Analytics is retained for 24 months within our Google Analytics account, after which it is automatically deleted.
